AKRIBIS
This site is our working directory. Each menu item is a folder.
In a single directory, people and AI agents work on AKRIBIS and build a strategy and management system that AKRIBIS uses first. This site shows it as it is arranged: five folders, in the same order, with what they hold. What is private appears closed, with its reason.

The menu has the directory's five folders, in their order. Open one to see what it holds; every page begins with that listing.
Each section says where it comes from.
Above the heading is the path of the file or folder it tells. That path exists, exactly so, in the directory.
Each statement says what it is.
A fact, an interpretation, a decision, a bet, an open question or a method, with a word and a shape. Open it and it says what would refute it.
What is private is shown, but closed.
Some folders hold internal data, code or proposals not yet ratified. They appear in the listing with a filled box and the reason; their content is not published.
What is provisional says so.
A text awaiting approval carries the draft notice. Nothing is deleted: what is replaced moves to archive/, with its reason.

Decision
That is why we are building a strategy and management system.
It organises strategy as seven linked questions, from why we exist to how we learn. A core understands the company, connects the systems that already exist without replacing them, and coordinates people and tools, with important decisions always in human hands. The management system first, the software after. AKRIBIS is the first organisation to use it.
What would refute it
A recorded decision changing direction.

Each path leads to the section that tells it. This listing comes from the same map that arranges the directory: if the two disagree, the site is not published.
How to interpret it. Each folder holds one dimension of the company.
The system looks at an organisation in three dimensions: its levels, its strategic logic and its cycle in time. The directory keeps them apart, and keeps what belongs to AKRIBIS apart from what serves any organisation.
why/The open layer- Why we exist, the first of the seven layers, is not yet decided. The other folders depend on that answer; this one gathers the argument and what would refute it.
company/The levels- The vertical dimension: the group, its nine units, its twelve functions and its operations. It is AKRIBIS as it is today, the first organisation to use the system.
system/The logic- The horizontal dimension: the seven layers, from why to learning, and the rules that connect them. It serves any organisation, so nothing specific to AKRIBIS goes in here.
work/Time- The temporal dimension: formulate, design, deploy, execute, measure and adapt. The versions, the work in progress and every decision with its date.
archive/Evolution- What changes does not disappear: it stays, with its reason and with what replaced it. That way any step can be retraced.
Interpretation A reading we propose to find your way, not a rule of the frame.
